1. Introduction & Acceptance

4. Betting Rules

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless okbaju itself cancels the event.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, okbaju reserves the right to void that bet.

5. Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Okbaju supports all of Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking platforms. The payment process is fully secure and encrypted.

Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed. Withdrawing from a bonus balance requires meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes. However, if verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus applies on the first deposit. To withdraw the bonus amount, a minimum wager of 10x the total of the original deposit plus bonus is required.
• Reload Bonus: A minimum deposit of BDT 1,000 is required for the weekly reload bonus. Wagering requirement: 8x.
• Cashback: Get up to 5% cashback on net weekly losses. Cashback can be withdrawn directly.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Bonus validity is generally 30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Okbaju reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the okbaju platform in order to ensure its fair operation and to protect the interests of all users.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to profit risk-free through arbitrage betting or by coordinating bets across multiple platforms.
• Attempting to access the system through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized method.
• Stealing or using another user's account credentials.
• Using okbaju for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threats directed at okbaju staff.
